To experience the best views, Spring (Mar-May) and Autumn (Sep-Nov) are the best seasons for the Mardi Himal trek as the weather is favorable and temperatures are stable in these months. The unstable weather and temperature, slippery trails, and only limited services are experienced during the monsoon and winter seasons. Plan wisely to trek in winter and monsoon seasons.
Mardi Himal trek has a maximum elevation gain of 3,550 m. It is common to get altitude sickness above 2500 m and hence there is a chance of getting altitude sickness during the Mardi Himal trek. Acclimatization rest is the best way to prevent altitude sickness. We advise taking an acclimatization rest as scheduled in the itinerary during the trek.

Trekkers can also find difficulty in the limited availability of services and comfort during the trek.
Fitness level is an important factor in trekking and demands trekkers to be in good health condition. Trekkers must be both physically and mentally fit for the Mardi Himal trek. We advise trekkers to participate in physical exercises (cardiovascular, high-intensity, etc.), and mental exercises (meditation, yoga, etc.) before starting the trek.

Welcome to Nepal and our representative greets you at the International Airport. After fulfilling all the formalities, get transferred by a private vehicle to the hotel in Kathmandu. Afterward, a brief meet and discussion with a trek guide, and team. Stay overnight.
Wake up early and get received by a trek guide from your hotel in Kathmandu. Drive to Pokhara by tourist bus which takes about 7-8 hours. Relish the scenery and for short breaks stop at 2 stopovers. Reach Pokhara in the afternoon and get transferred to the hotel in Pokhara. The evening is free to spend on your own. Stay overnight.
Mardi Trek begins with an hour’s drive to Phedi. From Phedi, trek past terraced farms and dense forest through an ascending trail. Pass through the settlement of Australian Camp adoring the stunning views of Annapurna. Continue to trek and arrive at the beautiful village of Deurali for an overnight stay.
Trek past the densely forested trail adoring the diverse flora and fauna such as Kalij, Cheer Pheasant, vultures, owls, etc. Follow the forested trails of oak, maples, and rhododendrons and arrive at Forest Camp for an overnight stay.
Trek through the forested trails of mosses and lichen relishing the fabulous views of Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, and Machhapuchhre. Walk on a steep trail and arrive at a lovely grassland Low Camp for an overnight stay.
Trek to High Camp passing the forested trail and adoring the beautiful surrounding views. Walk slowly as the altitude rises and keep yourself hydrated. Arrive at High Camp and get rewarded with fabulous views of Mardi, South Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, etc. Relish the mountain views and stay overnight in a teahouse.
Trek through the forested trail and adoring the terraced farmland and attractive scenery to Siding. Relish the snow-covered mountain views and spend time with the locals. Stayovernight in a teahouse.
Drive to Pokhara after breakfast. The day is free to explore on your own. Visit the lakeside and enjoy Pokhara’s nightlife. Stay overnight in a hotel.
The trek is over and return to Kathmandu by tourist bus and get transferred to the hotel. Join us for a farewell dinner in the evening. Stay overnight.
