Rajkumar Bhandari is the founder of Explore Nepal Trek Pvt. Ltd who is also the CEO of the company. He is from the beautiful Hillside village of Ramechhap District. Growing up near nature, he develops an admiration for nature and the region’s beauty. He has completed his higher secondary education in his hometown. He has been in this travel and tourism for the past 15 years where he attained knowledge of the significance of the tourism and hospitality industry. He has successfully run a hotel since 2018 serving as Executive Director. His passion and dedication in this industry along with interactions with numerous clients inspired him to establish his own trekking and tour company ‘Explore Nepal Trek Pvt. Ltd in 2024.’ Through his trekking company, he desires to provide quality and satisfying services to clients. He has been actively participating in travel expos and seminars to reach global clients and promote tourism.
Bishal Bhandari who hails from Ramechhap has been working in this field since 2017. He is the Chief Operating Manager of our company who looks after office administration and makes sure everything is perfect. He is constantly working on improving the company’s growth and productivity. He plays a significant role in achieving the company’s goals through operational excellence and strategic planning.
Rupa Pandit is from Dhading and works as a finance manager in our company. Since 2015, she has been working as a finance controller. She looks after our company’s financial operations which involves managing budgets, preparing and presenting financial reports, and making strategies for better financial decisions. She is dedicated to maintaining financial firmness for the company’s better growth and productivity through her knowledge and experience.
Ram Bahadur Magar is an office assistant from Ramechhap. He is a reliable person who handles and looks after office tasks and helps with paperwork. He supports his colleagues and makes sure of the effective running of daily office work. He assists in all office work from organizing, managing, and scheduling for smooth functioning. He is hard-working and friendly.
Gopal Lama is a trekking guide from Khandadevi 9, Ramechhap who has been working since 2008. He is a friendly guide who loves exploring and interacting with trekkers. His love and admiration for nature while growing up led to his becoming a trekking guide. As a trekking guide, Gopal has reached almost all trekking destinations from the Far East to the Far West regions of Nepal. In his career of 15 years, he has trekked to numerous regions including the strenuous Great Himalayan Trail, Makalu to Everest Base Camp via Sherpani Col., Upper Dolpo Trek, Upper Mustang Trek, Tilicho Mesokanto Pass Trek, Everest Three Passes Trek, and popular Everest Base Camp, Annapurna Base Camp treks, etc. As a professional trekking guide he is a government-licensed holder who has received numerous trainings like wilderness first aid, navigation, mountain leadership course, etc.
Tulasi Raj Adhikari who is a native of Dhading has been a professional tour and trek guide since 2014 with fluency in English and Chinese. He has done a Master’s in English from a reputed university in Nepal. He has been to almost all prominent regions of Nepal as a guide and his good communication skills have earned him appreciation from our clients. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and dependable and makes sure clients’ safety and well-taken care of.
Dinesh Thapa Magar from Dhading is a professional and friendly guide with 7 years of guiding experience. He is well-versed in regions like Everest, Annapurna, Langtang, etc., and has a deep knowledge of the region’s culture and geography. He has carried multiple successful tours and treks with his great expertise making him a trusted leader. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in business studies. He has received numerous training which have helped him conduct effective treks and tours, guaranteeing unforgettable tours for a lifetime.
Karma Sherpa is our experienced trek and peak climbing guide who is from Okhaldhunga. He has been in this industry since 2012 and specializes in the safe climbing of our clients from start to finish of peak climbing. He is well-versed with the trek regions and their difficulties. He is an expert climbing guide with expertise in handling all challenges, client’s well-being, and safety, with great leadership, problem-solving, and strong communication skills.
