General Booking Conditions
To book treks and tours, one requires:
Tour Cancellation Policy
Our tour cancellation policy includes a 30% non-refundable deposit amount and if deposited more than 30% the remaining amount is fully refundable. The policy is effective once you confirm your booking with us.
Tour Postponement
Inform us via email explaining your issues of the tour postponement before 10 days mentioning a new departure date.
Last-Minute Bookings
Last-minute bookings for all tours and activities in Nepal are accepted for which clients must book a tour at least before departure of their selected tour package and full payment must be made at once.
Adjustment in Tour Costs
Explore Nepal Treks reserves the full right to review and adjust the tour costs listed on our website. For your ease, we update and publish all tour cost changes, seasonal discounts, and special offers on our website.
Mode of Payment
There are various modes of payment which include cash, credit cards, or SWIFT/Wire transfer. The charges incurred while paying are solely endured by the client which is an additional 3.5% levied fee as bank service charges or fees.

Guaranteed Departures
All booked tours are guaranteed departures and in case of cancellations due to unexpected events, there is a flexible option to reschedule the tour or choose a new destination (same country) as an alternative.
Health Conditions
Our clients must be in good health conditions before booking a tour package with us. Make sure to be both physically and mentally fit. Do necessary health checkups and consult with a doctor if essential. Inform us about your medical conditions in detail before booking a tour and your present health status after joining the tour.
Visa and Passport
Provide us with accurate document details for Visa documentation and make sure your passport has validity for at least 6 months. Our tour packages don’t include Visa costs.
Travel Insurance
Travel Insurance is mandatory to travel to a new destination as it acts as a safety tool against unforeseen events. Make sure to get comprehensive travel insurance from a trusted insurance agency that covers all medical emergencies, emergency evacuations, and altitudes above 5000 m.
Risk Acceptance and Liable
Safety is our top priority and we take care of our clients at an optimum level. The clients must be aware that traveling comes with some unforeseen events and risks that are out of control. Thus, clients must accept the risk while traveling and be liable for unforeseen events like loss/damage, personal injuries, bad weather, natural disasters, etc. We advise clients to strictly follow the laws and regulations of traveling destinations. Don’t get involved in illicit acts and take care of your belongings. Be Responsible for your tours and we will assist as much as we can from our side.
Privacy
Our privacy policy ensures all collected personal information is used only for the tour arrangement process. We assure our clients that the collected information is not disclosed to third parties and is only limited to us.
Publicity
We may use our client’s images or videos captured during the tour on our promotional platforms for the company’s publicity. We guarantee we keep your privacy and are only used for our company’s marketing promotions on both manual and digital platforms.
