Day 01: Drive from Kathmandu to Kyirong (2774 m): 175 km, 7/8 hours

Day 04: Drive from Saga to Manasarovar Lake (4600 m), 560 km, 7/8 hours
Day 05: Drive from Manasarovar to Darchen (4670 m), 110 km – 2 hours (Manasarovar Parikrama drive), 40 km – (1 hour drive to Darchen)
Day 06: From Darchen to Dira Puk (4900 m): 20 km, 5/6 hours trek
Day 07: From Dira Puk to Zuthul Puk (4760 m) via Drolma La Pass (5636 m): 22 km, 8 hours trek
Day 08: From Zuthul Puk to Darchen trek and drive to Saga (4640 m): 290 km, 4 hours’ drive
Day 09: Drive from Saga to Kyirong (2774 m): 170 km, 5 hours
Day 10: Drive from Kyirong to Kathmandu (1400 m): 175 km, 7/8 hours
Our representative will pick you up from the hotel in Kathmandu in the morning. Drive from Kathmandu to the Nepalese border-Rasuwagadhi admiring the beautiful scenery on the way. Relish the beauty of small villages, flowing rivers, forests, greenery, and hills. Arrive at the Nepal-China border, and complete the necessary immigration formality and paperwork. Get welcomed by the Tibetan guide. Along with the guide, drive for some hours to Kyirong for an overnight stay.
Have breakfast and commence the trek to Saga following the sandy and rocky route. Admire the awesome flowing Brahmaputra River while Traversing Ghantula Pass (5226 m). Cross through Thong La and La Lung passes and en route get sights of grazing sheep and yaks. Enter the beautiful Tibetan town of Saga. Stay overnight.
The rest day in Saga is scheduled for proper acclimatization. Since the Tibet region lies at a high elevation, visitors must prepare in advance and take measures to prevent altitude sickness. Thus, take acclimatization rest, essential to adapt your body to the surroundings and avoid altitude sickness. Spend the day exploring nearby places and stay overnight.
Have breakfast and be prepared for the long hour drive to holy Manasarovar Lake. The day is tiring yet rewarding with the first glimpse of sacred Mount Kailash. Cross the Dongpa Mahim La Pass and traverse through beautiful settlements and monasteries. Arrive at Manasarovar and be amazed by the surrounding views. Stay overnight.
Wake up early in the morning to perform rituals near the holy Lake Manasarovar. We will provide a hot water bucket for visitors willing to take a holy bath. After completing the ritual, get ready for the holy Lake Manasarovar Parikrama by Land Cruiser. There is an arrangement of packed lunch within us during the drive. After completing the Parikrama drive, continue to drive to Darchen (Tarchen) which is a renowned base camp for Sacred Mount Kailash Parikrama. Stay overnight.
Drive to Yamadwar after breakfast which is the start point of the trek. Upon reaching there, commence the trek on a rocky cliff admiring the surrounding scenery. Continue trekking and get a clear view of the huge Mt. Gurla Mandhata (7,728 m). Arrive at Dira Puk after some hours and rest for a while. Visit the popular Dira Puk Monastery and interact with the monks in the evening. Stay overnight.
The longest and most challenging day of the trek commences from Jarok Donkhang village early in the morning. Walk on the ascending trail toward Shivasthal and pass the highest Drolma La Pass (5636 m) slowly. Adore the stunning views from the pass and descend slowly towards the banks of the Lham-Chu Khir River. On the way, relish the revered Gauri Kunda Pond and the footprints of the Buddha. Continue to trek and enter Zuthul Puk which is popular as the Cave of Miracles. Stay overnight.
Wake up early and have breakfast. On the last day of the Kora, complete the final parikrama which takes about 3-4 hours. Visitors willing not to continue the Kora can explore nearby caves including the popular and sacred Milarepa Cave. After completing the Kora, drive back to Saga for an overnight stay.
Have breakfast and drive from Saga to Kyirong admiring the scenery which takes about 5 hours. Take a complete rest at a guesthouse and taste delicious Tibetan cuisine. Spend some time with locals in the evening and stay overnight.
Drive back to Kathmandu through the Rasuwagadhi border from Kyirong. Relish the scenery and greenery throughout the journey. Arrive at Kathmandu in the evening and get transferred to the hotel for an overnight stay.
